Fish Moqueca
Ingredients:
1800 g of fish in slices
2 garlic cloves
2 lemons
160 g onion
160 g tomato
4 cilantro bunches
120 ml coconut milk
120 ml dendê oil
salt as you like
How to prepare:
Clean the slices of fish with lemon and temper with salt, cilantro, garlic and lemon. Cut the onion and tomato and mix it with the fish. Take a pan to put the ingredients in it, add the coconut milk and the dendê oil. Leave it to rest for some minutes and then cook it. Serve with rice, caruru or vatapá.
Caipirosca
Ingredients:
1 lemon, cut into four pieces
1 soup spoon of sugar
1 dose cachaça
1/2 teacup ice cubes with water
How to prepare:
Put the lemon pieces and the sugar in a glas. Press the lemon using the end of a wooden spoon and add the cachaça and the ice mixing everything.
